We appreciated staying in the place thanks to perfect location and staff. Booked a room with particularly nice views of the mountains.

The location was best possible, relatively near Hinterdorfstrasse. Its food was tasty, with plenty of meals.

Stayed for 2 days and didn't feel like leaving, I would book again. The employees were incredible and exceptional. Check-in was good. They also provided a shuttle to the hotel.

Perfect, cozy with an efficient lobby. The buffet breakfast with appetising food, good restaurant.

The place is cozy and perfectly clean, it offers tasty breakfast and unbeatable location near the railway station.

I had 2 nights in Zermatt, spending the time here lovely. Everything was good, airy and spotless room on the 4th floor.

I enjoyed the place thanks to staff and location. Lots of supplies in the room: central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk. I was able to see garden from my balcony.

It's decent base for visiting some must see attractions in Zermatt.

I would recommend this place, did n't feel like leaving. Good pool, upscale property. Had exquisite room with a beautiful view, a balcony plus terasse for a warm stay. The light drinks in pizza bar were very welcome.

Contemporary hotel, I loved its very central location not far from Very close to the train station. I was offered a plentiful breakfast with many homemade dishes.

Really helpfull staff, really ideal location, good sized beds. I found pastries, milk, jam, fruit and scrambled eggs to be outstanding. Late check-out too. The best golden beach I've seen before.

Actually, Wi-Fi was slow and our bed was much too soft.

fine rooms, soft beds, satisfactory breakfast. and it also had absolutely fabulous view. smooth check-in & friendly service. an exceptionally comfortable hotel, we had a truly memorable stay.

Everyone at this best western hotel was professional. The room was good standard and breathtaking, I loved it. Small garden and very clean pool area. The beach nearby was wonderful and the view was incredible.

the staff were beautiful and the design was gorgeous. breakfast was sensational with lots of options. optimal location, walking distance to hohbalmen. appreciated that it was 5 minutes' walk from the train station. the service here was perfect too.

Lovely place for exploring Zermatt. It's pretty clean, terrific location and staff. Boutique hotel set in the nice quiet area. The property has a reasonably priced restaurant.

Enjoyable base for a 1-night stay. Superior hotel, we spend out time here really good. Really loved that the room had a personal safe, flat-screen television and a writing table...

We greatly enjoyed this hotel. Sincerely, it was a WONDERFUL stay. Spent a nice evening at Restaurant Continental, located within short walking distance to the venue. In fact, the free Wi Fi was a cherry on top.

If your plans include visiting sunnegga, you should stay here. The entire experience was wonderful.
